confirmed it still happens with pre-release [0.47.169]. and Xcode 26.4.

whenever the model is set to GPT 5.4 (either manually or through AUTO setting) the error is given.

Workaround is only to switch to another model manually - but usage of GPT 5.4 is currently not possible

Thanks for reporting the bug. It should be fixed in 0.47.170. Please give it a try.
