[Cloudflare One] Add API and Terraform examples for renewing and revoking service tokens

The Service tokens page only documented dashboard steps for renewing and revoking tokens. This adds API and Terraform (v5) tabs to both sections, matching the pattern used in the Create service token section.

Changes

• Renew service tokens: added API tab (refresh + update endpoints) and Terraform tab (update duration)
• Revoke service tokens: added API tab (delete endpoint) and Terraform tab (terraform destroy)
